How to Create a Mailbox on CowMail

Step 1: Log in to Limda Host Client Area

  1. Go to the Limda Host client portal:
    https://ap.limda.net/login
  2. Log in using your registered email address and password.

Step 2: Open Your Business Email Service

  1. From the Dashboard, click on Services.
  2. Select the active Business Email service you want to manage.
  3. Scroll down to the Information tab.
  4. Click the Login button to access the CowMail panel.

Step 3: Access the CowMail Control Panel

After clicking the login button, you will be automatically redirected to the CowMail control panel without needing to enter additional credentials.


Step 4: Go to Mailbox Management

  1. From the CowMail dashboard, locate the Mailboxes section.
  2. Click on Mailboxes to view existing email accounts.
  3. Click the Create Mailbox or Add Mailbox button.

Step 5: Enter Mailbox Details

Fill in the required information:

  • Email Address
    Example: info@yourdomain.com
  • Password
    Set a strong password for security
  • Mailbox Quota / Storage
    Allocate storage based on your email plan
  • Full name (optional)
    Example: Support Team

Step 6: Create the Mailbox

  1. Double-check all the entered information.
  2. Click Create or Save.
  3. The mailbox will be created instantly and will appear in the mailbox list.

Step 7: Log in to Webmail

  1. Use the CowMail webmail login page.
    https://cow.limda.net/
  2. Enter:
    • Your full email address
    • The mailbox password you set
  3. You can now send and receive emails.

Notes & Tips

  • Make sure your domain MX records are correctly pointed to CowMail.
  • The number of mailboxes and storage limits depends on your email package.
  • If you forget the mailbox password, it can be reset from the CowMail panel.
